Located across from the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station, this property is poised for development. A large Transit-Oriented Development is in development on a 99-year ground lease from the city across the street in the current Metrorail Parking Lot. SW 27th Avenue has seen significant multi-family growth from the new T6-8 O zoning along the corridor, which has included ground floor commercial.
The area is in need of quality Office Space. A 30 car garage fills the ground floor. Levels two, three, and Four are offices, with the third and fourth stepping back on the rear because of the T3 zoning behind.
